**Wire Assembler - Des Moines, IA**
**Position Overview -**
+ We are seeking detail-oriented Wire Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team that builds custom electrical control panels for industrial and commercial applications. In this role, you will assemble, route, and terminate electrical wiring according to blueprints, schematics, and customer specifications. This position is ideal for candidates with electrical, assembly, manufacturing, construction, automotive, or technical trade experience who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products.
**Key Responsibilities -**
+ Assemble and wire electrical control panels using blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
+ Route, label, terminate, and connect approximately 300 to 1,000 wires per panel.
+ Layout panel components based on engineering drawings and customer specifications.
+ Install electrical components such as terminals, relays, breakers, contactors...
