JOB TITLE: Winter Equipment Operator Foreperson

REPORTS TO : Project Manager

A2SKI is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Equipment Operator Foreperson to lead field operations while actively operating heavy equipment such as an excavator, skid steer, and rock truck/loader. The successful candidate will supervise crews, coordinate daily site activities, liaise with the client, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. This leadership role requires technical expertise and the ability to manage people and equipment effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate an excavator, skid steer or rock truck/wheel loader as required
• Supervise, coordinate, and lead a crew of equipment operators
• Plan and execute daily work activities in collaboration with the project manager and site supervisor
• Oversee excavation, hauling, and site preparation activities
