The Shift Leader plays a critical role in driving daily restaurant operations, leading team performance, and ensuring consistent execution of brand standards. Serving as the Manager on Duty , this position is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage fast-paced operations, coach team members in real time, and hold the team accountable to performance expectations.
