Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- WSET Level 2, Cape Wine Academy qualification or equivalent wine qualification preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Wine Steward, Sommelier or senior Food & Beverage professional within a 4 or 5‑star hotel or upscale restaurant
