Wine Sommelier

Job Summary

The Wine Sommelier is responsible for managing the restaurant’s wine program and delivering excellent wine service to guests. The role involves recommending wines and wine pairings, conducting wine trainings for staff, monitoring wine inventory and quality, and coordinating with suppliers and restaurant management to ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• WSET certification or equivalent preferred
• At least 2–3 years of experience in wine service, fine dining, hospitality, or beverage management
• Strong knowledge of wine pairings, wine regions, varietals, and vintages
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Can conduct wine training sessions for bartenders and staff
• Knowledgeable in proper wine storage and service standards
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati and Guiguinto, Bulacan
