Responsibilities
- Lead and support a high‑performing department team
- Deliver excellent customer service with expert wine recommendations
- Organize and host wine tastings and promotional events
- Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising for the department
- Maintain department cleanliness, standards, and presentation
- Monitor performance metrics and support store‐wide goals
- Stay informed on wine trends, preferred labels, and exclusive brands
- Ensure compliance with liquor and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail or liquor industry experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
- Passion for wine – WSET Level 2 or higher (preferred)
