Wine Estate Head Chef - Menu Innovation & Multi-Outlet Lead

Adcorpblu - Cape Town is seeking a Culinary Direction & Menu Development leader to oversee quality, consistency and standards across the estate and outsourced kitchens. You will design wine-led, sustainable menus aligned with the estate’s premium positioning and ensure top-tier dining experiences for guests and events.

The role requires a long track record at Head Chef or Exec Sous Chef level, with 4–6 years in similar environments, preferably on a wine estate.
