Wine Club & Customer Experience Manager

A24 Group operates Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens in West Sussex (Michelin star, Michelin Key, No. 56 World's Best Vineyards 2025), Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate in Walker Bay (Top 100 World's Best Vineyards 2023 and 2024, UNESCO Biosphere), and Mannings Heath Golf & Wine Estate in West Sussex.

We are looking for a Customer Experience & Wine Club Manager based in Bellville, Cape Town.

This role reports directly to the Group CEO.

Responsibilities

• All guest and customer communications across three internationally recognised estates
• Wine club administration for both our UK and South Africa clubs
• Multi‑platform operations across VTiger, RoomRaccoon, Shopify, and Recurpay
• Administrative support to our Golf Director at Mannings Heath
