Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex Server OS related issues to ensure optimal performance and availability of Windows Servers. Upgrade outdated servers to 2016, 2019, and 2022 versions to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Utilize extensive vSphere Operations experience to effectively manage and maintain our virtualization environment. Familiarity and experience with OVF Templates for efficient deployment is required. Utilize GitLab and Operating System pipelines for template creation, ensuring streamlined and efficient deployment processes.
