+ Perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve installation issues.
+ Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and quality service.
+ Use technology, such as an iPad, to complete work orders and take notes per visit.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with window installation.
+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
+ Customer service experience with a focus on customer-facing roles.
+ Proficiency with technology, especially using an iPad.
+ Good driving record.
