Winding Engine Operator – Shaft Safety Specialist

Redpath Mining South Africa (Pty) Ltd – Northam Zondereinde is seeking a Winding Engine Driver. You will operate the winding engine, conduct daily checks and ensure safe, efficient shaft operations while coordinating with Banksman and Shaft Supervisors.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of winding engine experience, world-class safety awareness, and the ability to report issues promptly. This is a full‑time on‑site role at the mine site.
