ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safety minded.
Sets up Winder with proper program for part.Threads fibers in head and mixes epoxy for tank as required.Operates Winder according to job specifications.Cleans machine at end of shift, cleans mandrels after use and cleans up around work area.Unloads/loads parts from winder, places on rack, places rack in oven for curing.Removes cured parts from Mandrel using puller and inspects parts for flaws.Records time and work on Labor Ticket each day in the MRP systemCommunicates all production/winder related information to next shift Winder or shift Supervisor.Perform all tasks as required of a Safety Sensitive position.
