We are seeking a highly skilled Windchill PLM Technical Lead with 7+ years of experience to join a long-term enterprise project. This role focuses on leading development teams, implementing PLM solutions, and ensuring best practices in Windchill environments aligned with engineering and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and support of Windchill PLM applications.
- Provide technical leadership, including code reviews and best practices enforcement.
- Design, customize, and configure Windchill components such as PDMLink, MPMLink, Workflow, OIR, and InfoEngine.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering and manufacturing environments.
- Design and manage integrations with CAD, ERP, and custom systems.
