Wind Blade NPI & Production Ramp-Up Lead

Phiture is seeking a Team Leader for the Product Introduction team within their Blades Technology department. You will lead a skilled group of engineers in transitioning innovative blade designs to full-scale production and ensuring that production targets are efficiently met.
