WiFi Engineer: 24x7 Provisioning & Tier-3 Escalations

Singtel is seeking a WIFI Tier 3 Engineer in Singapore to support Day 1 provisioning and ongoing operations for WIFI services. Responsibilities include configuring and activating customer WIFI services, conducting diagnostics, and assisting with escalations and platform optimization.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, and over 5 years of experience in a WIFI environment. In this hybrid role, you will participate in a 24x7 standby rotation and contribute to service improvements.
