WHS Lead (Operational & Compliance)

We are a highly regarded not-for-profit, values-based organisation, offering residential, community and in-home aged care for over 30 years, to older people living in and around the city of Manningham.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced WHS Lead on a permanent full time basis to lead, deliver and support a strong, organisation-wide Work Health & Safety framework across MannaCare.

This role plays a key part in building a positive safety culture, strengthening compliance, and supporting the wellbeing of staff, residents, contractors and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage WHS systems including incident reporting, risk registers, and compliance reporting
• Conduct site safety inspections across MannaCare
