Wholesale Partner Operations

Role

To support the day-to-day operations of the Wholesale and MVNO businesses by assisting in service provisioning, partner coordination, documentation, billing support, and basic operational reporting. The role covers wholesale services (5G eMBB, In-Building Coverage (IBC), Private Networks) as well as MVNO operational support.

The Day-To-Day Activities

Order & Service Support (Wholesale & MVNO)

• Assist in processing and tracking service orders for wholesale services (5G eMBB, IBC, Private Networks) and MVNO-related services.
• Support provisioning, activation, and service readiness activities by updating trackers and internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Network, IT, Billing, Finance, Legal) to support timely service activation.
• Assist with onboarding of MVNOs and wholesale partners by ensuring required documentation and operational information are complete.
