Title: Plant Supervisor
Location: Knox, IN
Salary: $92,100 - $96,000 (depending on relevant experience)
Current Schedule: 4:00 to 12:30 , with flexibility to work other shifts
Focus:The Plant Supervisor oversees 2nd and/or 3rd shift hourly team members and is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality clay target production. Serving as second-in-command to the Plant Manager, this role manages daily work assignments and scheduling, leads safety and continuous‑improvement initiatives, and drives performance to meet established plant goals and business objectives.
