Western Chef | Event Catering & Plating Specialist

INTERNATIONAL CATERING PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on cook to support Western cuisine, canape, tea reception buffets, and sit-down events. You will prepare and cook for events, ensuring high plating quality to meet client expectations and profit goals.

You will work independently in mise-en-place, maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas, and ensure timely housekeeping of kitchen tools and equipment at events.
