Join Inglewood Care Centre as an Occupational Therapist and make a positive impact on resident wellness. This temporary contract emphasizes initial assessments and team member support for safe working practices.
In your role at Baptist Housing Communities, you will utilize your expertise to provide assessments and recommendations regarding resident mobility. You'll actively contribute to the Musculo Skeletal Injury Prevention program and collaborate with both team members and families to enhance resident care. Your leadership will be key in shaping safe working environments and promoting ergonomic practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and consult on resident mobility and equipment needs
• Lead the MSIP program and review incident reports
• Deliver therapeutic services collaboratively with residents
• Guide ergonomic planning for living spaces
• Support team members returning to work post-injury
