Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks

Record daily transactions (AR/AP, expenses, payments)

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

Generate financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.)

Monitor accounts receivable and payable

Assist with payroll and month-end closing

Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
