Job Description

We’re recruiting confident and reliable Welsh Speaking Supply Cover Supervisors to supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged with the work provided while maintaining a positive learning environment. Experience in education is welcome, but not essential.

If you’ve worked in sports coaching, sports management, team leadership, or supervisory roles, you’ll already have many of the transferable skills we’re looking for, including communication, leadership, behaviour management, and confidence working with groups of young people.
