Job Description
Aspira Heatherwood Retirement Living seeks a Director of Wellness to lead clinical care initiatives and foster strong resident relationships. This leadership role combines management with hands-on care support.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee a dedicated team to ensure high standards of resident care at Sienna. Responsibilities include assessing resident needs, monitoring care quality, and ensuring effective team staffing. Participating in recruitment and managing budgets are also key duties that enhance the community's health services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess resident needs and establish tailored service plans
• Investigate incidents and guide intervention strategies
• Evaluate nursing services ensuring consistent quality care
• Manage recruitment and training of Guest Attendants and nursing staff
• Aid in outreach marketing and resident assessments
