Description CSPNJ, a mental health nonprofit agency, is looking for a part-time Wellness Associate. Under the direction of the Program Manager the Wellness Associate provides supportive services for guests to have a meaningful and successful stay and to learn crisis coping skills to work towards realizing their full potential. Wellness Respite offers up to 10-day stays in an open-door setting, allowing guests to maintain daily activities as an alternative to hospitalization during crisis. HIGHLIGHTS * Follows team protocols to document guest treatment information, including medications and follow-up appointments. * Maintains a working relationship with all guests and provides guest counselling. * Supports guests in developing coping strategies, advancing recovery goals, and achieving personal objectives. * Advocates for guests to access needed resources and collaborates to develop social and recreational opportunities.
