Wellbeing Youth Worker – Thatcham Hub – £28,938 – £32,214 per annum pro rata (Salaries vary depending on experience)

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Service: Children, Young People & Families – Thatcham, West Berkshire

Core Duties

• Support young people aged 11 to 25 with their wellbeing and mental health through delivery of One‑to‑One sessions, groups, drop‑ins and Alternative Provision offer.
• Support parents, carers and other adults involved in young people’s lives with wellbeing and mental health support.
• Work alongside social care and other community teams to support young people and families.
• Increase access to community services, employment, education and training opportunities.
