Wellbeing Programs & Mental Health Coordinator

• Support the implementation and coordination of the Maybank Employee Wellbeing Policy and Mental Health Procedures across the sector, ensuring alignment with Group-level standards and requirements.
• Maintain and update the registry of Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA), including certification status, contact information, and active/inactive records within the sector.
• Assist in planning and organising employee wellbeing and mental health awareness initiatives, including campaigns, programs, and engagement activities.
• Prepare and compile reports, presentations, internal communications, and tracking documents related to employee wellbeing and psychosocial support initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and provide administrative support for employee wellbeing programs, mental health support services, and MHFA-related activities
