Location: Derby Heights Care Home, Derby (via Avery Healthcare).

About the Role

As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well‑being. You will maintain a safe environment, report changes in residents' conditions, assist with ordering and preparing supplies for activities, and establish community links to encourage social interaction.
