The role
includes analysing and sharing key data with senior leaders, the Headteacher and Governors, and modelling high-quality, trauma-informed and appropriate interventions. You will support behaviour, welfare and access to learning for pupils, while also guiding staff in best practice and contributing to the ongoing development and implementation of school policies.

CPI trainedExperience working with a wide range of pupilsTIS training (or similar) or strong working knowledgeSafeguarding Level 2Strong written English and numeracy skillsExcellent organisational and communication skillsClear commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfareUnderstanding of the causes of behavioural needsAbility to support and implement effective strategies for pupils with SEMH needsExperience working within an education setting
