Welfare Benefits Apprentice: Revenue & Recovery

The City of Wolverhampton Council is looking for an Apprentice to support the Revenue and Benefits team. The role offers a Level 4 Revenues and Welfare Benefits Practitioner Apprenticeship with on-the-job training and recognized qualifications.

Key responsibilities include assisting with benefit payments, debt recovery, and advising customers on welfare benefits. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with a commitment to completing the apprenticeship.

This is a full-time, fixed-term role for 24 months with flexible working to meet service needs.
