Job Description
We are looking for a Welding Supervisor to oversee our day shift weld team and ramp up production of our proprietary Tunnel Boring Machines! Welding assembly and fabrication on large scale structures and assemblies Modification, repair, assembly, and installation of the tunnel boring machine Control of production weld quality Application of welding codes and standards Personnel management and supervision, including mentorship of junior welders Handle and dispose of hazardous materials in approved manner Setup of safety equipment and work platforms at elevation Driving of general shop equipment (forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, etc.) Effectively communicate with management/supervisors and engineering staff Assess candidates and provide recommendations in the hiring process Responsible for planning and scheduling work, assigning work, and...
