Welding specialist (permanent)

Primary purpose of the job

Ensure that customer requirements are met with regards to the quality and volume of product delivered.

Key Performance Areas Compliance of AIAG and Customer related LASER welding norms and standards. Control of LASER welding seam parameters. Facilitate training and advise technical teams on Laser Welding techniques and equipment use. Control and maintain Laser equipment. Monitor and adhere to LASER safety standards. Continuously Improve Laser-processes and ensure process compliance.
