Job Overview
The Welding Engineer provides technical leadership in support of manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on creating and writing welding and brazing processes and procedures within a manufacturing environment. This role supports both day-to-day welding operations and project-based initiatives driven by customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze process efficiency, troubleshoot welding defects, perform quality control functions, and drive cost savings in daily operations
- Evaluate, apply, and develop complex welding specifications in compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
- Develop robust and repeatable joining procedures for high-precision components using welding technologies such as Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), Laser Beam Welding (LBW), and Brazing
