Mission

Lead the industrialization of the new P1 and improve production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor) within its perimeter.

Responsibilities

• Capitalize and share the know‑how of industrial processes in the domain.
• Participate in the design of new equipment and new lines.
• Lead Lean design workshops.
• Manage production equipment introduction using IPROM.
• Follow equipment or assembly line development with the supplier.
• Design small tools and validate supplier proposals.
• Define acceptance criteria for new equipment or line.
