**Job Description**
This direct hire role focuses on supporting daily welding operations and weld quality assurance in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment. You set up and operate welding equipment, perform both destructive and nondestructive weld testing, interpret inspection results, and help drive continuous improvement in weld processes while strictly following safety, quality, and production standards.

+ Support and follow the company safety program at all times and promote a safe work culture on the shop floor.
