Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform GMAW/MIG/Wire feed welding to AWS standards
Perform standard work and tasks common in a production welding environment following LaBounty procedures, quality and safety policies.
Layout, fit-up, measure and tack weldments.
Arc air welding (experience beneficial, will train).
Use of PPE (personal protective equipment) and adhere to all safety programs and policies
Must be able to communicate fully with supervisor(s) and coworker(s).
Assist in documenting standard work procedures and provided feedback and suggestions to continuously improve the quality of manufacturing processes.
Closeout shop orders and follow production schedule to facilitate timely part delivery/availability
Maintain safe and organized work area including end of shift clean up in accordance with 5S standards.
