This role focuses on performing high-quality MIG and TIG welding in a metal fabrication environment. You will work with various metals, including stainless steel, to produce accurate and durable components by reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings, using hand and power tools, and contributing to a wide range of fabrication and metal manufacturing projects.
Have openings for shop welders as well as traveling welders (Greater Springfield area).
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals, including stainless steel, to produce high-quality welds that meet specifications.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to understand project requirements and weld symbols.
