WELDER
Welders in McGregor, TX, will work to build structural and/or fluid systems to support various testing campaigns in Central Texas. The welders work with an elite team of other fabricators to rapidly build the large assemblies that will support vehicle and component testing at our test site.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Perform at least two of the following processes, depending upon the needs of the business: Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), Shielded Metal Arc Welding/stick welding (SMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding/TIG welding (GTAW), and Gas Metal Arc Welding/MIG welding (GMAW)
+ Fit up and weld structures or pipe spools made of mild carbon steel, low alloy, stainless, ...
