**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Welders** for a projects located in the **Manitowoc, WI area** . This is a second & third shift opportunity and the pay rate is **$32/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**
+ MIG and TIG weld on Aluminum castings
+ Repair defects
+ Restore parts
+ Inspect castings for cracks, shrinkage and other imperfections
+ Clean and grind surfaces
+ Read and work off blueprints
**Requirements**
+ Previous welding experience
+ Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
