This role combines high-level welding expertise with full-cycle fabrication. You will take products from raw material to finished piece, including cutting, measuring, inspecting, and welding components. The position is ideal for a skilled welder who enjoys working independently in a machine shop environment and owning the entire build process.
**Responsibilities**
+ Take assigned products from initial concept to finished, ready-to-use components.
+ Cut down raw material to specified dimensions using appropriate shop equipment.
+ Accurately measure materials and assemblies to meet blueprint specifications and tolerances.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints and fabrication drawings to plan and execute builds.
+ Perform high-level MIG, TIG, and wire feed welding on a variety of materials.
+ Fit, assemble, and weld parts together to create complete fabricated products.
