As a Welder-Fitter, you will perform electric arc welding, layout, cutting, forming, and assembly of metal parts according to drawings and specifications. You will set up and maintain equipment, and replace electrode wires as needed. You will carry out leak tests, apply joints, and work with patterns and jigs. You will operate profiling machines and handle the fitting, alignment, and straightening of metal components, while meeting all quality standards.
Compensation:
- $34.64/hour for the first 1,000 hours, then a rate of $38.49/hour.
- Overtime paid at double time.
