**Pay:** $25–$32/hr
**Schedule:** 1st Shift + Overtime Available
**Position Overview**
We are seeking skilled **Shop and Field Welders** to support the fabrication and installation of miscellaneous metals and structural steel. This role offers a mix of shop and local field work with **home-daily assignments** .
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform high-quality **MIG and Stick welding** in vertical, overhead, and out-of-position applications
+ Fabricate and install railings, stairs, ladders, ramps, platforms, and structural steel components
+ Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
+ Take field measurements and assist with layout and installation work
+ Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
**Qualifications**
+ 1–2 years of MIG and Stick welding experience required
