We are seeking an experienced **Spot Welder** to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating spot-welding equipment, assembling weldments, performing quality inspections, and ensuring products meet company specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
* Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and adjust spot-welding equipment and fixtures.
* Assemble and weld metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
* Perform secondary welding processes including grinding, polishing, weld cleaning, and sandblasting.
* Read and interpret blueprints, material gauges, and tolerances.
