This role offers an opportunity for a skilled Welding Technician to support prototype development, precision welding, and small‑scale manufacturing activities. You will work hands-on in a collaborative R&D and manufacturing environment, contributing directly to the development and production of advanced products.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform GTAW (TIG) welding on thin‑walled aluminum and stainless steel vessels for prototype and production builds.
+ Interpret and work from technical design drawings, including standard welding symbols.
+ Operate lab presses, oxyacetylene torches, plasma cutters, and GTAW/GMAW welding equipment safely and effectively.
+ Assist engineering staff with prototype assembly and test setups, ensuring components meet design specifications.
