**Job Description**
This role involves performing high-quality welding using multiple processes in a large, high-volume fabrication environment that produces complex ferrous and non-ferrous metal products. You will interpret blueprints, follow Welding Procedure Specifications, and use various cutting and welding equipment to support a wide range of project-based work.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform welding using FCAW, GMAW, GTAW and SMAW processes in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
+ Demonstrate advanced proficiency in at least one of the main welding processes and apply that expertise to complex fabrication tasks.
+ Set and adjust welding machine parameters with guidance from a supervisor, ensuring proper heat, wire feed, and other critical settings.
