Job Requirements
Education Skills and Aptitude:
Post Secondary EducationKnowledgeable of the Solid Wire Department production processes and methods, machine and equipment capabilities and human resource requirements.Ability and desire to handle a production department with a Four-shift (24/7) operation.Sound judgment and be knowledgeable of welding with the ability to interpret welding results and to correct problems caused by manufacturing.Physically able to push pay-off stands, with up to 4,000+ pound coils of steel on them, from the rear stand position to the front stand position. Minimum Experience Requirement:
