Job Title: Weighbridge Supervisor Location: Kiambu County Role Overview The Weighbridge Supervisor is responsible for the accurate weighing of all inbound and outbound trucks at the Distribution Centre, ensuring that deliveries comply with weight standards, SKU specifications, and safety regulations. This role is critical for inventory integrity, dispatch accuracy, and legal compliance. The Weighbridge Supervisor reports to the Deputy Lead Dispatch, coordinating closely with warehouse and transport teams, but does not manage dispatch operations. Key Duties & Responsibilities Detailed Activities Weighbridge Operations Operate and monitor the weighbridge to ensure trucks are weighed accurately. Validate delivery weights against individual SKU weights, ensuring compliance with minimum and maximum thresholds. Escalate discrepancies to the Deputy Lead Dispatch for resolution.
