Weekend Garden Centre Lead Merchandiser

Kaizen Lab is looking for team leaders for the Outdoor Garden Centre in Colombia. As a leader, you will guide and support a team of seasonal merchandisers to ensure high standards in product display and maintenance.

Your responsibilities will include creating attractive displays for products, coordinating inventory movement, and training staff in plant care. Shifts will run from Friday to Sunday, accommodating both AM and PM schedules.
