Weekend Customer Relations Assistant

IKEA Exeter are looking to welcome Customer Relations Assistants to join our delightful and friendly team.

If you are looking for a role where you get to build your customer service skills and help co‑create the wonderful everyday with our many in‑store guests, we would be happy to hear from you.

We have 12‑hour contracts working on our Check‑Outs and Customer Relations / Returns areas, where you would provide after sales support.

WHAT WE OFFER

• The group assessment centre will be on Wednesday, 17 June in‑store, in the evening.
• Start date of employment will be Saturday, 04 July.
• Hourly rate of £13.45 per hour.
• Availability to work two 6‑hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as ad hoc shifts through the week (Monday to Friday) is required.
• These are permanent contracts where you will be working throughout the year, including the holiday periods.
