Website Product Assistant (6 Month FTC)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Online Trading Assistants to support the accurate setup and maintenance of products from Dropship brands across all categories.
• Accurately list new products on the website, ensuring all information (titles, descriptions, attributes, imagery and pricing) is correctly entered into the system.
• Liaise with the Internal Dropship team to obtain missing product data, clarify information, or resolve specification queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with product updates and change requests, ensuring edits are completed quickly and accurately with minimal disruption to the live site.
• Support image handling by uploading brand assets and basic editing or reformatting where needed to meet site standards.
• Work cross‑functionally with the Online Trading team to ensure product readiness for launches, campaigns and key commercial moments.
