:Objective
Operate Motor Grader to conduct rough grade work on new highways.
Regular Job Duties
Operate GPS and Laser Controlled Grading System motor grader.
Performs rough grade work to close specification control. This work is subject to strict inspection and must conform closely to specifications.
Perform maintenance work to motor grader including oiling, greasing, and making necessary adjustments to equipment.
Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Gain the respect of others by being fair, honest, reliable, and hard working.
